Birthday Parties and Event Rentals at Simply Play

Looking for a birthday party that kids love and parents actually enjoy? Hosting your celebration at Simply Play gives you a private, playful space where kids can move, explore, and celebrate together while you relax and enjoy the moment.

When you book a party with us, the entire indoor playground is reserved just for your group. The space is closed to the public during your event, creating a comfortable, unrushed atmosphere that feels special from start to finish. A staff member will be on site to support your event and assist with set up and clean up so you can focus on celebrating.

The Simply Play Party Experience

Our birthday parties are designed to be easy and fun. Kids get full access to the playground, giving them plenty of space to play together, while adults have a designated area to gather, eat, and enjoy the celebration. It is a great option for mixed age groups and energetic kids who love to stay active.

You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, cake, and decorations to make the party your own. Food and beverages must remain in the designated food area. Alcohol is not permitted.

Basic Event Package | $200

Our standard party rental includes a three hour private rental of the entire facility. This time includes set up and tear down. Guests may not arrive before your scheduled start time, so we recommend planning your party start about thirty minutes after your rental begins to allow time to set up before guests arrive.

The space can accommodate up to 45 people total, including both children and adults. For the most comfortable experience, we recommend closer to 30 guests. There is seating for 15 in the food area, along with additional standing room throughout the play space.

Scheduling and Availability

Party rentals are typically available on Saturdays after 5:00 PM and Sundays after 11:00 AM. If you are interested in hosting a party outside of these times, we may be able to close open play for an additional fee. Please reach out directly to discuss availability.

A non refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. You will receive an invoice by email after booking, with payment due within seven days.

Important Party Policies

Socks are required for all guests, including both children and adults, while in the play area. Please note that restrooms are accessed through the play space, so everyone will need socks to attend.

You are welcome to bring decorations, with a few limitations to help us keep the space clean and safe. Piñatas, glitter, slime, and confetti are not permitted. Banners may be hung using the available window hooks, and any other decorations must be secured with blue painter’s tape only.

All standard Simply Play rules apply during private events.

Party Rental FAQs

Is the playground private during our party?
Yes. When you book a party rental, the entire facility is reserved just for your group and is closed to the public for the duration of your event.

How long is the party rental?
Party rentals are three hours total. This time includes set up and tear down. Guests may not arrive before your scheduled start time, so we recommend planning your party start about thirty minutes after your rental begins to allow time to set up.

How much does a party rental cost?
Our basic event package is $200 for a three hour private rental of the entire facility.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. A $100 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. An invoice will be emailed after booking and payment is due within seven days. The remaining balance is due prior to your event.

 

How many guests can we invite?
The space can accommodate up to 45 total guests, including both children and adults. For the most comfortable experience, we recommend closer to 30 guests.

What ages is the playground best for?
Our playground is designed for children ages 0 to 12 and works well for mixed age groups.

 

Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and cake at no additional cost. Food and beverages must remain in the designated food area. Alcohol is not permitted.

Can we book a party outside of those times?
Possibly. If you would like to host a party outside of our standard party times, we may be able to close open play for an additional $100 fee. Please contact us directly to discuss availability.

Will staff be present during our party?
Yes. A staff member will be on site during your event to assist with the space and help the party run smoothly.
